my Obsession
well, i was at e chinatown station, btwn people's park complex n og, dere's diz temporary shelter for M1..lyk those promotion fairs lar, but not as big.. juz a tiny shelter.. den at first i tot it was some sort of a recording.. den as i walked to browse thru the promotions since i had time, i spotted that it was by a guy announcer behind those complicated machines to control loudspeakers etc.. n we exchanged glances but i haven knoe tt he wudbmoi centre of focus ltr..i was tinking he was wondering y is diz 'kid' staring at e promotions alone when he looked at me.. while i looked at him coz i was wondering hu's voice it was speaking.. i realised tt e glance actually left a deep impression in me.. his voice was deep.. was in black, very tanned and muscular.. den was wearing a sunglasses on his head.. looked cool and eurasian.. and so yep, dey had diz 'announcer' or speaker tt will lyk attract attention wif e mike he was with, announce wat promotion dey r having n oso play music.. plus dey can crap wateva dey want too.. so i was waiting for my mum n bud while dey were cuming over to meet me.. den i listened to e speaker lor.. he was at first toking in english, den did an immediate switch to chinese, promoting e promotions.. den when i finished looking at e different hps n stuff, i stood by e side.. (btw, e music he chose to play were all "our generation" music.. eg u drive me crazy.. tt song is not exactly old, but older dan e present songs lar.. so it's lyk our generation de songs lor.. ) den he was doing a sudden mention of ppl listening to 4D on e radio or sth liddat.. den he played a song, came back to say, "due to majority's request, i will be announcing today's 4D prize result after this song" in chinese..it's q interesting coz i mean u r here to promote M1 and stuff n den now, u r turning into a radio dj, reading out 4D.. q funny lar..of course his tone made a difference too lar.. his tone juz made it so funny..while everyone else were tinking tt he was joking (though i was tinking he wud), he really did it aft e song.. n he sounded so much lyk how e DJs did it..
den aft he finished reading 4D, he was saying in chinese tt once he finish reading, the crowd will suddenly disperse.. den he was lyk ahh, see how accurate i was.. no, dun go, come n take a look first den leave.. a lot of funny jokes he did.. only ppl present can share e 'joy'.. i was standing by e side while he had been speaking thruout..well, since i did diz post over several times on different days, i can hardly rmb all e jokes and stuff tt he crapped.. but all i can say is tt his voice n prescence left a deep impression in me.. i rmbed tt i was listening til my mum n bud came n i havta leave to eat.. i was really reluctant..i had 'no apetite'.. only wanted to go bck n listen more.. so i finished my meal q fast and i ran bck, saying i will meet them later (tt was quite mean of me to leave my budd but i was oblivious at tt time i guess,i juz longed to listen more..).. so i went bck n i still rmb tt he was standing at e front most doing a sort of an m1 quiz.. den he was joking again..he was really sum1 i wud listen to 4eva n not get bored at all..(it's march now..aft lifeskills camp n i'm still updating.. coz i alwaes din hav time to finish..but it shows how deep an impression he left..) anyway, i tried to linger around tt area even aft my mum n budd met wif me to leave e place... he had been playing sum chinese old new yr songs (since tt time was nearing new yr).. so i was wondering y e sudden change in choice of music.. it was nice music til the few chinese songs he had been playing.. den e laz ting i heard him say is tt (in chinese still) "really sorry about the songs i play but i really duno which to play.. i mean we are in chinatown though youngsters wud prefer sth else.. i'm also in a dilemma as to play what.. so juz make do wif whicheva is played k.." i dunno hu commented on his choice of music n so he replied publicly and sounded really wu nai.. haha.. he was juz great.. but seriously, i was wondering y he played such music too, so he seemed to hav read my mind n seemed to be explaining his choice of music to me.. (though i noe tt it wasnt me..)
it's ok to dream sumtime k.. so long i will stay dwn to earth n not live my life only in dreams.. tt's e plus point of virgo.. dream, can dream, but muz noe tt it is a dream n stay practical.. yep.. so tt was my 'dark attraction' haha..tink i juz made myself sound lyk Mary.. n him lyk Moses.. haha.. kk, shall stop laming..
